2024--BEER #6: Crisp Amber Lager (New Trail Brewing Company)

Thank you to James for providing beer #6 in the Bearded Baker Brewstravaganza. Crisp Amber Lager (5%) comes from New Trail Brewing Company out of Williamsport, PA. It is brewed with the perfect amount of maltiness and blended with tasty drinkability. As the weather continues to chill, Crisp Amber Lager is the perfect way to kick off the weekend! New Trail Brewing Company was founded in 2018 and started statewide distribution in 2020. New Trail encourages spending times outdoors and brews beer for adventurous folks.

This beer is delicious! It’s very tasty, drinkable and like the can says, crisp! New Trail brewery is one my favorites, they always deliver on taste and can art! I give this 5🍻! Have a great weekend everyone! Cheers!

Another good one! Very smooth lager, New Trail always has a pretty good selection to choose from! I would give this a 4/5 on the mug scale! Have a good weekend!

Happy weekend all. Thankful for my sister in law’s chicken noodle soup plus corn bread, and happy my visit to Costco today wasn’t the shit show it usually is. Solid New Trail artwork, can’t miss LAGER on the side so no mystery. We all like this beer and would drink many, although Ron thinks it is a Yuengling Lager knockoff. We’ve agreed to 4 mugs.

Right on the money! New Trail seems to always have such drinkable beers, a little low on the Abv scale if I’m drinking, but if plan to drink a lot of them, this is a good one. Can art seems a bit cowboy to me, but 4/5 for me on this one!

I would rate this a 3.0. It was a good lager but nothing particularly special. I do like new trail but I believe if it had some festive flavors it would be better!

Great beer to start off the weekend. Very drinkable beer as Tyler stated in his description. It had great flavor.
I would give it 4 mugs.

Delicious lager! I give it 4 🍺s. I feel like I would drink this more than a classic Yuengling lager. I love all of New Trail’s beers as well and this was one I had not tried yet. Nice clean can art and an easy to drink delicious beer is a good recipe to start the weekend! Cheers!

New Trail knows what they are doing. Not a huge lager fan but this was very drinkable. 3.5 mugs but I could understand why it would be higher for lager fans!

Nice refreshing Lager I’ve only had ipas and stouts from New Trail so I am glad I got to try a new style of beer! Love this brewery been there twice. Good crisp lager flavor 3.5 mugs from me!

To the canard is not much to talk about it's very bland and boring. But I had never tried the lager from them before and I gotta say I thoroughly enjoyed it went down real smooth pretty good taste very similar to yuengling lager. 4.5🍺
