We are down to one week left until Christmas! Thank you Trey for beer #18 of the Brewstravaganza, Selection Fresh Hop IPA (6.9%). Selection Fresh Hop IPA comes from Industrial Arts Brewing out of Beacon, New York. A great beer to enjoy after some last week Christmas shopping! Selection Fresh Hop IPA uses fresh whole cone hops to give it a deep amber color. Flavors of citrus, pine, and melon mixed with a slight floral aroma are what to expect when popping the top of this treat. The beer finishes with a malty presence of toasty bread, caramel and toffee. Industrial Arts Brewing was established in 2014 in the Historic Garner Arts Center offering a variety of year-round and seasonal brews. They offer live music, fun-filled atmosphere, and delicious beers to enjoy with family and friends.

Thankful today for beer tastings with friends and wives who drive us home. Can art be very pedestrian, a little better than kindergarten, probably would not buy based on the art. We do give props to the synthesized phenolic compound artwork. Color of the beer matches the can!

Not tasting the IPA bitterness, it’s better than just OK. Very unique taste haven’t had anything like it. Hard to describe what we’re tasting other than tastes like beer. We don’t disagree with the bready coffee finish. We would drink another….3.75 mugs.

This is pretty good.. I like the Caramel and Toffee flavor. Not a strong Hoppy Flavor at all.
Great choice!
I’m going with 4 🍺
Cheers 🍻

Pouring, I sure didn’t feel IPA, see the caramel, taste the caramel, it drank easy, didn’t taste like normal IPA’s, very unique beer. Can art was industrial arts class art, definitely not art class art, very basic. Didn’t taste the coffee it mentioned…3/5 mugs.

This was a good tasting beer. I liked all the flavors, especially the caramel that I got as I started to drink more. I did like the can art for this beer. I would give this a 3 mugs on the scale.

While I love beer, I gotta admit this is my first time of drinking at least one consecutively for period of time like this. I think that played a factor into why this beer just wasn’t hitting. On a random Saturday throwing down some suds I bet this would be a great pick 👍🏼 3/5 🍺

A good classic IPA filled with the flavors I typically love, pine and citrus! The color of this IPA is not my typical favorite due to the malty finish which is definitely there for this one! Enjoyed this beer and the can art which included a little organic molecule structure (cue Tyler calling me a nerd) 3 mugs from me!

I would give this one 3/5 mugs. Overall good flavor through out each sip. I wasn’t expecting this color when I poured it into a glass, and didn’t know what to expect once starting to drink!

Really enjoyed this IPA. A different mix up from the hazy IPAs. A caramel bready taste. Can art was cool and reflected the breweries name. 3.5 🍺s from me!

A little darker than what I’m used to for an IPA, but still punched a solid flavor! Not bad! 4🍺
