Thank you Caleb for providing beer #14 of the Brewstravaganza. Oakspire (9%) is bourbon barrel ale collaborate and created by New Belgium Brewing Company and Four Roses Distillery. This delicious beer is perfect for beer and bourbon lovers alike. New Belgium first released Oakspire in 2018 for the holidays and has become a major hit! Oakspire pulls the flavors of bourbon-steeped charred oak and blends with a malty, sweet amber ale. New Belgium is located Fort Collins, Colorado first started in 1988 in a basement. As the brewery continued to grow, they moved into their current location in 1995 where it continues to produce delicious beers.

Impressed with this beer! Doesn’t taste as strong as what it is; the taste light and subtle. I don’t get that heavy kick of booze after sipping it. Great beer, just not my go-to style. 3.75🍺

Big fan of some bourbon barrel beers! Great collaboration between these two! I thought it was extremely smooth and flavorful without an overwhelming boozy taste. I couldn’t believe this is 9% abv! 4 mugs! 🍺🍺🍺🍺

On Saturday thankful for shelter and warm clothing! Another interesting beverage in the 24 beer brewstravaganza. We’re excited to taste, and not disappointed. This was a good sipper to finish of the night. 4 mugs.

I was really pleased with this one! Thought it was going to taste much stronger than it did so a smooth drink and high percentage. Love it 4/5 🍺

Taste was a little strong but as advertised had a bourbon influence. Not exactly what I'm used to but gosh I got to try it. 2🍺

As a big bourbon fan, I love the flavor of this beer. The oak cherry give the beer the perfect hint. Great beer for a cold night! 4.5 🍺s
