2023--BEER #9: She's a Beaut (Cinderlands Brewing Company)

Thank you Trent for the beautiful brew on this Sunday Funday. She's A Beaut (7.4% ABV) is a Holiday Hazy IPA from Cinderlands Brewing Company. It is brewed with Chinook, Centennial, and Citra hops mixed with spruce tips and sweet orange peel. This tasty Holiday Hazy IPA would make Clark Griswold proud. Cinderlands Brewing Company opened by Paul Schneider in 2017 and is located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Pittsburgh strip district is host to the Cinderlands Warehouse which is made of up two large floors with lots of activities, seating, and camaraderie.

This is another tasty haz!. Simple but pleasing can. I can definitely taste the spruce. Very fitting for me after coming home from a weekend Pittsburgh trip just a couple hours ago. I’m enjoying this while unpacking, doing laundry, watching football and getting things ready for the week. Great choice Trent! I’ll give this an even 4 mug. Cheers!

Cheers to our fellow Brewstravaganza drinkers! She's a Beaut has both of us confused and surprised. First off, misleading information on the Web about the ABV indicates that several of the beer rating sites are showing 7.4% but the Cinderlands website is showing 6.4% for this beer. Sad to say we were both surprised in the lack of flavor. With 3 different hops, spruce tips and orange, we expected a lot more from this beer. Maybe tasted a hint of orange at the finish but not much else. Wayne thought the can art was bland but Heather thought the can art was cool. Wayne's rating = 2.5, Heather's rating = 3. Sorry Trent - we wanted to love it! :)

Before I rate the beer, I want to say the can was simple but so elegant, I loved it! For the beer, very tasty! I definitely get the orange more than the pine which was delicious. I enjoyed it and give it a 4 of 5 mugs! Cheers🍻

Wow, love it. The can is simple but has the spirit of the season on it. You can definitely taste the orange in this delicious Hazy IPA. I love that this is either 7.4% which is a plus or either 6.4% that Wayne and Heather think, either way I love this beer. I will give it 4.4 bearded mugs out of 5. Great job son.lol

First time ever indulging in this beaut but was pleasantly surprised. Not a very hoppy hazy but very drinkable. The unfiltered part always leaves me a little nervous but they were like little orange flavor crystals. I’m not a big can art person but I feel it’s my kinda style simple but definitely gets the message across. 3.8 mugs from me!

Definitely one of my favorites up to this point! I loved the flavor and got lots of the orange which you could almost see the pulp floating around. It was very easy to drink and would order several of these at their place in Pittsburgh. Can was simple, but effective. Mug rating is a 4.6

Another good hazy! I agree with Trent the unfiltered beers make me a little nervous when pouring into a glass and see everything floating around. I think it has very good flavor and can taste the orange, which makes it pretty easy to drink. I would give this a 4/5! Great choice!

We love the can art – what contrast! Margie finds it very calming. Ron is thankful for Trent’s selection as a fan of piney beers and looking forward to this one. Beers that contain hops that start with C are usually very good and this doesn’t disappoint. Smooth all the way from beginning to end.

Can art CLASSY REAL CLASSY! Less is more in this case. The beer was outstanding, another fantastic IPA, nice taste, no unusual bitterness! I drank it slow and it was great the whole way thru! Nice choice, and a double to boot! My mug scale rating 4.5/5!
