2023--BEER #10: Missile Toad (Ever Grain BREWING COMPANY)

Thank you Char for this delicious Triple IPA. Missile Toad (10.5% ABV) is a New England Hazy Triple IPA from Ever Grain Brewing Company. This juicy beer is brewed with Mosaic hops and combines citrus notes and a soft piney finish. At 10.5 %, this is definitely a great way to start the week off on the right foot. I "toad" you we would have some tasty beers in this Brewstravaganza! Ever Grain opened in 2016 and is located in Camp Hill, PA. The brewery has over 10,000 square feet and a 75 foot bar for patrons to enjoy their beers.

Hi everyone! I was excited to try my beer! This tasted like a juice juicy from evergrain! Of course this one is a triple! Wow! I typically would not pick a triple, but I loved the funny Christmas can! IF I would buy a triple, it would not be 16oz! I know they say char the bar but I draw the line haha! I’m a little jumpy after drinking it… no, just a toad joke! I rate it a 4.3of 5 mugs!cheers!🍻 I had a good wrap up day for Christmas, I’m thankful for that🎄

Can art winner! I’m not going to lie, I was afraid with that kind of art, that the beer might make me “croak”! I was so wrong, it is an excellent hazy IPA! Creamy almost had a lactose feel in the mouth, drank smooth for a triple! Nice Christmasy choice for the advent Char! 4.3/5 mugs!

I loved everything about this selection! Loved the taste of the beer, loved the ABV, and I loved the can art. This was a perfect beer and so I’m giving it a perfect rating - 5 mugs on the rating scale. Great choice, Char! Cheers!

I loved the can art for this beer, perfect for this time of the year. Also loved that the beer was 10.5. I liked the taste of beer and really enjoy hazy IPA’s but this was not one of my favorites of hazy beers so far. But sometimes the 10.5 can change your mind, so I give this a 3.9 bearded mugs out of 5. If I had two more of these I’m sure that rating would go up.

For being a NE Triple IPA it was very good! You can taste all of the citrus flavors throughout the beer. Ever Grain is a very good local brewery and now I have a new beer to get when I go there. I really like the can art on this one especially this time of the year! I give this a 4/5 mugs.

Loved the taste of this hazy IPA. Very citrusy and juicy. I agree that it definitely tastes similar to some of the lactose IPAs. Best can art for sure, who doesn’t love a rocket flying toad with a Santa hat on? 🎅🐸 I wish there was a bit more bitterness at the end, but at 10.5% this is tasty! I rate a 4.5 on the mug scale.

Nothing better than good pun named beer! Especially when it’s 10.5%! Extremely flavorful and it’s a heavy dose of citrus and that hazy after burn. The can art is great and perfect for such a “hoppy” beer! 4 mugs from me!

Fun and festive can art. Pours very juicy and hazy and smells like juice. Very juicy, dessert beer comes to mind. Sun gods did a great job of producing the hops in this beer. Not feeling the triple booze on the aftertaste. Thickness of beer is almost milkshake like. Nice one and done.
